Hello Arenant.

The Following are issues your Game has mechanically From a design point.
Many Can be fixed, if you take the time to learn from them.

1: Boss and Dungeon fight Resets, You have none, Consider the Worm boss in TA.
When you start it has 3 small worms beside it and at intervals of hp it spawns more, if you wipe after causing say 5 worms to spawn then die and go back, you have 5 plus the boss to deal with not 3.

This is also true in the clifside fractal, Arm seal left side, 2 trash mobs then more come in waves, if you die or wipe then however many were there are still standing when your group returns now you deal with them and the waves no reset to 2.

Seriously arenanet this makes things harder than they need to be.

2: Group and guild Holiday events, You might as well give up trying because no one can run with their friends in this game you designed to let peopel run with friends.

Winter’s day events and haloween except for the dungeon are not group events you cant do with your friends family or guild. why?

3: Cursor in Mail text box, its broken you cant see it press enter 2 or more times and its still in the first line till you type then find out where it really is.

4: /find /who, You cant search for ppl based on level race class zone guild etc.
So say you want to join a guild whos banner you see in public you cant good luck because unless your standing in front of one of them or you see a spam you cant know the name of ppl in a guild.

Say some guy is being a jerk, in normal mmo’s you find his guild leader and let him know, or maybe you want to see if alot of ppl on the game who are jerks are in a jerk guild, or you want to see what level someone is before the group invite.

5: Dying in fractals, Why must i wait for a total wipe?

6: Cliffside Fractal, The hammer hurts the traps keep poping and the jumping puzzle takes longer than ppl can swap hammer at 15 stacks.

7: Traps and Stun spams, if i set a trap in real life it springs one time, why do your traps spam the ground with no safe place no way to disarm and keep spamming you?
