Go to your story journel and restart the episode. All story instances will be available and marked by a purple instead of green instance marker. You can just replay the final story instance as many times as you want this way.

To get missed Living Story achievements you first go through the story section once. Then you select the particular story section you want to repeat from your Living Story hero panel to get any achievements in that section you didn’t get with the first run through.
