Will quote myself “So if somebody is negative about gem-sales it does not mean he wants it for free.”.

That shows I was talking in general. He says he don’t wants to pay for gems you assume that he don’t wants to pay at all and don’t understand a company needs to make money.

I haven’t read the whole topic but just in case no one’s pointed it out yet one of the major complaints I saw about the hair and makeover kits when they first came out was that there were no exclusive styles or colours. Many people seemed genuinely surprised and disappointed that they didn’t include this when the items first came out.

I assume Anet saw that and acted on it.

New hair colors aren’t free. Neither are the hair styles.

99% of the complaints in this thread are invalidated by the fact you can buy gems for in-game currency and get the new haircuts without spending a penny of your real money.
