New weapon skins or maybe even ascended weapons?

Just a wild stab in the dark, but i’m guessing that’s the new Norn hero we’re meeting on Tuesday’s update to Flame and Frost. If so, it might be possible to earn those skins from the event.

That said I haven’t really been paying attention to anything related to the living story stuff so I coud be way off.

Wait, those are new horns aren’t they? I don’t see them in the creator for either gender.
