This item will still be craft-able AFTER Halloween, tattered bat wings are used for scribing so I’m sure it will still drop somewhere.

What about the bat-backpiece in the gemstore, or the bat-gliding skin? Wouldn’t that be a possibility? Has this been tested yet?
Sorry for this comment if it has been tested, must have missed it in that case.

I am not saying that wont be available after Halloween ends but just because its used for a lvl 300 scribe recipe its also not certain that it WILL be available year round.

Scribes mostly craft decorations for the guild hall, so i would guess its used to craft some kind of halloween/bat themed deco.

The tattered bat wings are also used to create the scarecrow decoration.

I think the last component drops of the legendary lich in the mad king’s maze. So…everyone come kill it with me.

Seriously I’ve been trying to get a sizeable group up to kill this guy since the event started and it’s a ghost town.

I’m a bit disappointed. I expected the bat shoulders to be something fun to work on for Halloween, and especially expected components to come from the Labyrinth. I was not expecting it to be an ascended backpiece; rather, just a skin. Once I learned it was ascended in its final form, I expected some sort of collection/scavenger hunt similar to Mawdrey… Where we would get an initial shoulderpiece that then was upgraded several times until it reached ascended quality (first part is fully made from Halloween mats, then we get into the expensive stuff for later upgrades).

I guess I should have sold the Bolt I made a month ago to afford this festive shoulderpiece. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for Wintersday- better ask friends and relatives for gem cards this holiday season.
