I dced in the middle of the event and didn’t get mailed a chest, and I’m pretty annoyed that i didn’t get a chest while people who did the event over 4 times and looted got a chest in the mail.

Same. Disconnected and didn’t get my mail. What’s going on?

They’ve already stated that if you didn’t get a chest (and were deserving of one), to contact support today.

We don’t really need another thread on this.

gillius, you missed a huge event…today they had a script running sending chests by mail to everyone that participated in Lost Shores final event and got no loot due to technical reasons.

If you want to know what happened read the hundreds of posts about it..:)

They really need to make a sticky with the post in it. No one wants to read through many pages of complaints to find it. I saw one official post about it and it didn’t say to contact support.

We perfectly know what’s going on We just won’t stop spamming about it until it gets resolved.

Assuming a huge failure is very, very hard…I think they need time to find the courage to do it..:)
Then, everyone will get a chest and that will be it with this unfortunate event.

oh ok, from a while ago.. thx.

Yeah, several people I know who did the Event and got the chest – who didn’t go into an Overflow and weren’t triggered to get a second chest…

…got one in the mail anyhow. And people who missed the chest and disconnected never got one.

In fact several people not even on for the Event got them. So did other people who got the chest and had no reason for receiving a second one.

Yet, I didn’t get one like I should have.

Umm, I wasn’t there, and by wasn’t there I mean I wasn’t able to log in at all that day, and I got a chest in the mail. I kind of thought they were sending them out to everyone….I too would be curious as to what the requirements were.
