Q:

“Black Lion Chest Keys from the early personal story rewards have been limited to one per week accountwide.”

What exactly is once per week?

A seven day period starting from the time the last key was obtained as a reward?

A seven day period starting weekly at a specific day and time (Sunday midnight to Sunday midnight) for example. If so what day and what time, also is this server time, local time, PST, GMT???

They didn’t say. My guess is it’s the same time as the gold cap reset.

(From the support page about the gold cap)
For the purposes of this limit [the gold cap], a week begins at 12:01 AM UTC each Sunday (5:01 PM PDT/4:01 PM PST Saturday)

Be careful what you ask for
ANet may give it to you.

I miss the key runs. They gave me something to work toward when I had only 15 minutes to play a day. They were mellow play. When played as a duo or trio, there is the chance to chat with strangers. I met some very interesting people during key runs BECAUSE there was time to chat. I love the look of Queensdale. I enjoy playing there. And it gives me a chance to help the noobs. Again, because the pace is not intense. I never got anything breathtaking from the keys (generally my luck tends to run pretty lousy), but there was always that rush of “maybe THIS time I’ll get lucky.” And collecting or selling skins was fun – when I did get scraps.
