If you’re in this thread you’ve likely discovered crafting the above sets of accessories or gear, costs insane amounts of gold or time(near impossible) compared to any other triple attribute set. Meanwhile offering only disadvantages in game play.

As far as I can tell, most(if not all) other attribute combinations have a [rare] orb which can be added to any piece of gear (armor, accessories or weapons). Meanwhile the ‘Passion’ set only have [masterwork] grade flowers to add to armor and accessories, and higher forms only exist for accessories.

Stupidly high cost aside, it still has the right attributes for my play style. But I still can’t give this set a chance until it has upgrade components of equal stats to the other sets.

Is there something I’m missing? Is there an alternative to what I’m looking for I’ve overlooked?

You should really be using runes on your armor and not orbs/crests.

If you find the right rune set for your build it’s generally miles ahead of any stat boosts you’d get by putting an orb/crest in the same socket.

Is obviously the equivalent to an orb, but I guess it can only go in trinkets? Regardless, you could just use runes of divinity and get pretty close to the same. If you’re using a heavy healing build Dwayna, Flock, or Water are good choices (depends on class and build. Grenth or Undead could also be really good choices for extra condition damage.

Everytime I see the new Apothecary runes, the phrase “Apothecary here” from Dawn of War rings in my head in a deep, rumbling Space Marine voice.

There are fewer places to get passiflowers and their drop rate is incredibly low.

I used 2 characters to hit all of the nodes on the island last night and only got 2 of the greens. A person in our party said he had gotten the golds before and they go for 4g on the TP.

Most of the other materials have more sources which is why they cost less…

Passion Flower drop rate is way too low
