where can i find perplexity runes in game, im tired of getting rolled and i think its time to bring out the exploitation of perplexity to fight perplexity
but i dont have a clue how to get them in game

pretty sure you can’t get the recipe any more it’s account bound from a previous event. you can still buy the rune from trading post though.

I think the crafting recipe for it was available during the Queen’s Jubilee, not sure if that vendor is available elsewhere at the moment.

Otherwise, you have to buy them off the TP

There is still a rare chance to get that recipe from Scarlets Secret Stash during the Invasions.

However, its easier to buy some runes off the tp.
