This has been posted a couple times which is odd. Do your teams really leave necros to free cast?

As a necro im normally saved for last for whatever reason in groups to die. Unless I use Lich then im turned into a moa or burned down before i even cast 2 attacks.

He’s doing that one thing that makes him dangerous, quick use your 10 to stop it then kill him to teach him a lesson!

1. kitten a necro. Now I can’t disengage anymore

Actually, Elementalists have x4 skill for each weapon set, a total of 60 (15*4) terrestrial weapon skills and 20 (5*4) underwater weapon skills.
Necromancer have a laughable amount of 20 terrestrial weapon skills (24 if you want to consider also Death Shroud) and 10 (14 with Death Shroud) underwater skills.

So sad…

Alas, my mesmer powers were too feeble and weak to stand up to the Necromancer.
I concede, the battle is yours.

Actually NPC necros seem to not have the cooldowns that regular necros have. I’ve had many a bad pug wipe to the necros in AC.

Of course those are modeled after the necros in GW1 which were one of the most OP classes, so take that for what you will.
