I keep turning down volume on npc’s only to forget to turn it up before I get in a cutscene. Please fix it so turning down npcs does not apply to cutscene npc’s.

Also cutscene npcs are quieter than in game npc’s. So an entire separate volume bar for cutscene npc’s would be nice. Or a way to get to Options Menu while in cutscene. Or if not that, stop the gaming world npc’s from repeating every minute the same lines over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over over and over and over AHHHHHHH! Put game npc’s on a 10 minute repeat cycle instead. Also, in PvP mists there are npcs that talk only when someone clicks them – the most crowded instance in the game – someone clicks them once every second. Seriously gets old. Could you shut that off and replace with 10 minute timer. Thx!

I turn off the voice because my character screams too much (Guard “retreat”). Or talks to herself every 10s (Mesmer speed buff passive).

But then I get into story and it’s all :C pooooop! It’s muted too!

I wish story dialog was it’s own thing and anything outside of it had it’s own mute button.
