Q about wings and the expansions gliders
The glider isn’t a back piece. It will almost certainly have a slot somewhere in your equipment page for customization.
I just hope Anet has enough sense to make wings and the spinal blades skins for gliding if u own them. Awful excecution if you’re falling down a cliff with wings then your wings disappear and a glider pops out lol.
Spinal blades doesn’t even look like wings. Those are more like… Dr. Octopus things. I would love to fly with them, but still.

The Tempered versions glow though, so…. Plus the basic version is literally a jetpack.

The blades aren’t for flying so much as the base backpack is literally a jet pack you build the blades onto which in the end look like skeletal wings.
As an engineer I would just love to glide around with my tempered blades jetpack rather than a primitive hang glider. Oh and you can’t forget wings.
I know they’re mainly cosmetic, they’re back pieces, but we never had the opportunity to use them as intended. With the expansion now giving us that opportunity I hope the devs take advantage of that instead of jumping from a cliff wearing wings/blades, falling in mid air like a rock into a hang glider, that would just look so stupid on so many levels lol.
This could easily be done if the devs allow hang gliders to be skinned with the wardrobe using the wings we have already purchased or the TSB, one can only assume Anet has thought of this but you never know.

Im betting they are going to be a seperate wardrobe section from back pieces. If they shared the same wardrobe as back pieces then the cosmetic glider skin that came with the 75/100$€ expansion would be in your backpiece wardrobe now.

The blade skins would be the worst gliders I could ever imagine lol. Would be like those old-timey videos where a guy is riding a bicycle off a cliff with flapping cardboard wings and feathers taped to it.
