Hello I am currently working on a template design for an elite specialization for the Revenant called “The Ritualist”. This specialization is based around the concept that the player choses 1 of 3 “magic centered” class mechanics for their grand master traits.
1 of the 3 choises involves summoning a totem which can be picked up by allies to replace their healing,utility and elite skills with new ones, similar to how weapon kits and conjured weapons work.
The totems the revenants throws down can be chosen in the same manner a ranger equips his pets but occupy the profession number 2 slot on the keyboard.
If the elite skills on these abilities, gained from the totem, involved a self-destruct mechanic which would restore a player’s original healing skill, utility skills and elite skill – would it be possible to then implement this elite specialization or is it that this engine can only replace weapon slots?
There really isn’t any point in me making sugestions that won’t ever work.
