Hello ArenaNet! I would like to take two questions,

The 1st is to know when we will again have the “Rox’s Quiver Backpack Cover” to buy by laurel or gem !?

The 2nd is, I have in my inventory of the Thief “[2 Limited-Use Spectre Finishers]” I got a drop! however I had already bought a gem before that! I was wondering if could swap the 2 on the other finishers, or 2 for “Avatar of Death Finisher”

Thank you and I’m waiting the answer!
