…like the extended ghost slaying potions (here) being soulbound – Can we fix that, please?

FYI, those are expensive to get and craft already (Requiering 400 dungeontokens for the recipie and lodestones to craft) – They shouldn’t be bound to the crafting character and neither should you be forced to raise one job on all characters just to have the potions on all of them. It frakely doesn’t make sense to have them soulbound, they should be accbound.

Can we get that in the next patch as a small scale fix please? :<

I don’t want to bump this topic without any content but I’d like to get some visibility from a Red…
So, I’ll add a list of all the potions which are Soulbound on aquire at the moment. Something that’s outright painful to have on potions.

It’s a problem with all the potions aqcuired from the recipies bought for dungeon tokens:

Extended Potion of Ghost Slaying – Ascalon Dungeon Merchant
Extended Potion of Outlaw Slaying – Caduceus Manor Dungeon Merchant
Extended Potion of Nightmare Court Slaying – Twilight Arbor Dungeon Merchant
Extended Potion of Flame Legion Slaying – Citadel of Flame Dungeon Merchant
Extended Potion of Dredge Slaying – Sorrows Embrace Dungeon Merchant
Extended Potion of Inquest Slaying – Crucible of Eternity Dungeon Merchant
Extended Potion of Sons of Svanir Slaying – Honor of the Waves Dungeon Merchant
Extended Potion of Undead Slaying – Ruined City of Arah Dungeon Merchant

While there are 1h versions of the most potions available which are not soulbound it’s usually not a problem – no one simply builds them – but since there’s no alternative way to acquire ghost slayer potions that’s a issue there…

Please change those potions from Soulbound on Aqcuire to Accbound at most, thank you.

I’m not so sure about runes as the ones you can buy from the dungeon merchants are accbound. I think you can still drop them with soulbound on acquire in dungeons, if anyone could confire or decline that, that would be nice.

Also, please add items which should be accbound by their purpose but are Sourbound on acquire at the moment, thank you.

Yes please! I got the ghost slaying recipe and made a bunch of those tonics before realising that I couldn’t use them on my other characters. I see no point in those tonics being soulbound, pleeeeease make them account bound!

In due time, all will serve the asura.

It’s sad how this topic has not many views and answers because most probably think “Well, I’ll just use the buyable 1h versions”. I mean yeah, that’s fine (IF that tonic exists as buyable version, ghosts in example are not) but it’s still something which grinds my gears as it frakly doesn’t make sense to have soulbound on those items ._.

Please, can we just have a “We are looking into it”? That’d make my day :’<

I think this boile’s down to how many people use them. I personally only use the. If they drop. I don’t see the point in them otherwise.
