Energy pistols/rifles like Levvi’s Detector, Pact Shotgun and Super Hyperbeam Alpha (to name a few) sound like there is an explosion launch the projectile, similar to how a normal bullet would be fired from a shotgun or rifle.
These types of guns in the game should have different sound effects. I think the Phantasmal Duelist (pistol offhand #4 for Mesmer) has the perfect ‘pew pew’ sound for these guns.
Also, the projectile animation of white smoke with the white line… yea, let’s just switch that to a blue lazer beam.
