I want obsidian armor from guild wars 1 and eternal blade from the underworld it would be amazing! Also having new armors acquired from certain bosses would be nice.

I want a CAPE very badly.

I play warrior as my main. Every time I see the loading screen for Forest of Niflhel, I covet that hero, the one with the bright red cape trailing behind as he/she leaps in to strike the monster.

The Arah leggings provide a slanted piece that can be colored red; but, I’m looking for a cape that wraps around the neck and extends down to the ankles. Now such a cape would be VERY cool!

Toxic gloves and shoulders, please. Maybe Toxic helm, chest?

I would like a potion that creates an AoE Aura on me. Whenever an enemy attacks me it changes their AI from that of an MMO from 10 years ago to the AI you expect from today’s MMO’s and it will adapt to myself and other players when we try to stack in one spot and just melee it down while watching TV. It would make the PvE actually enjoyable.

Heck you can even make it an RNG thing and make TONS of money! Like a 1% chance to get the potion from a black lion chest or something…you guys would become filthy rich!

I want a bag that you buy that is cross character. Even if you would have to buy it for every character. It would make it so much easier to play without wasting time switching stuff around. You could call it an infinity bag or an Asura sac.

I honestly want them to make the purchased clothing something you can keep reclaiming. Preferably for the account as I would probably invest in every new set that came out over time.

I Agree in guildwars 1 when you bought a costume you were able to use it on all you characters that`s why i dont bother buying costumes.

Any and all Armor Sets from GW1. Notably:
Labyrinthine on Monks and Elite Luxon for Eles. Really, all of the Luxon armor. And the Elite Imperial Rit armor. And the Elite Cabal Armor for necros. Some of these are good examples of how you do skimpy and classy to wonderfully show off skin choices.

And the tattoo’d sets like Labyrinthine? You could have done the zodiac effect on the tattoo parts and it would have solved the skimpy vs covered problem the bluewash of the zodiac skins create. And it would have looked amazing. AMAZING.

I would also like the toxic shoulders and gloves re-released as a whole armor set.

I want a gemstore purchase that toggles the game to ‘play the game’ reward mode, where you get new armor and weapon skins for actually playing the game.

Still: Leather armors with metal reinforcemeeeeeent! :S

I didnt look at all the pages, so I dont know if anyone already mentioned this, but please please PLEASE!!! If you are going to add weapons to the gem store don’t do it through RNG. I would prefer if you sold them like you sold the Kasmeer staff and the Marjory weps. Just let me buy them at a flat rate no strings attach, or ridiculously high price on the TP.

I want LESS armour in the gem store and more available as rewards in game. I don’t see why we can’t have both. Why not make them easily accessible in the gem store, and available as prestige items in game. I love all the account services and Quality of Life boosters that are currently available, but I detest RNG, and I super detest the fact that I’m expected to spend real money on armours which SHOULD be available in game.

More skins like the Zodiac, or cool holiday skins like the wintersday ones I think are great for the gem store, but I think that all LS related armour should be available as drops or from LS chests.

To be honest, I really don’t know what to buy in the gem store. The only things I buy are:

1. BL salvage kits
2. Convert gems to gold.

The rest of the stuff are way too expensive. The permanent node harvesting tools are nice but they are priced so expensive that I calculated that it take me years to earn back the initial cost investment. But I suppose many players did buy them out of convenience but I just can’t justify making such a bad investment for myself.

What I would spend my money on are:

1. Things that help me in the game (e.g. mercenaries)
2. Things that would earn me more in-game currencies than simply converting the gem to gold, after logical calculations

I do highly agree with the point of release cool armors to be Craftable…
There are no such use for craft in the endgame – you make some ascended maybe, and thats all. Running dungeons are way cheaper than crafting a set, which isn’t looking cool anyway. Those should be skins to keep crafting profitable.

I second this, I made several tickets about the item (because I was unable to receive it) And I think the people who desire it are waiting for the chance to seize it up. Doesn’t have to be a permanent addition, but it can complete so many character looks.

Not really. If you expect the staff to get a one off payment to make the game and then get nothing for the rest of what future updates they create, then that’s unreasonable. They have to make money to pay for staff to do constant updates. It’s just the fact there could be better ways of doing things.

For example, Anet needs to listen to players feedback on the tormented weapons in GW2. Some of them are so fugly that their GW1 versions look a million times better. Cough spear cough hammer cough shield. If they all looked good then people would want them. If Anet made epic god-like armor with special effects or something, people would want them. I think players want Anet to do well with their business, they just need to listen as to how to make it better for both their players and their pocket, then we’d all win.

That was then. Here they decided to drip out the Living Story and a Gem Store instead of trying the paid expansion route.

the GW1 store also has allot of things that are actually worth paying for and is it’s money’s worth, i pay for any costume in GW1 any day over even one armor “skin” from the gem store.

How about an:

-Race changer
-Expansion!
-EL Rabbit for sure!
-EL Taco be epic. hah.
-Eternal Sword
-fix the Crystalline swords looks.
-make it so Party leaders can only be kicked if they DC.
-Playable Baby Grand Piano!
-Playable Violin.
-Playable Organ.

Please, consider the “Race Changer” loads beyond loads of People would really like love that.

My wishlist:
- CAPES CAPES CAPES. A pink cape.
- Minis that actually DO something instead of just following around. Even talking or a bit more animations (Ex: Plush Griffon, Princess Doll) is good in my standard. I don’t think anyone is going to like it, but I really want a mini Trahearne who would be quoting his famous quotes when I enter/leave combat. I would seriously pay GEMS for this. I like Trahearne. And a mini Logan that would run away from you when you enter combat _
- More dances in the How To Dance volume 2??
- Oversized weapon skins. I wonder how my asura would look like with a giant weapon bigger than him? The chaarzooka isnt big enough me thinks.
- Some customization we can do at our home terrace aka HQ. It’s our home place, so why can’t we put furniture in?? Or even let our minis run around… or use my master chef skills and host a picnic with your friends?
- Option to have past gemstore items to be back on sale. Thank you for the month of March, I shall shop till I am broke!
- Option to enter combat using our town clothes.
- Some town clothes can be converted into pve, like earmuffs.
- [Endless Champagne Bottle] or [Endless Coffee Mug] please. I need to keep awake.
- [Endless Shrinking Tonic] just for jumping puzzles.

I was thinking an item we can buy that costs the difference between the old, soul bound unlimited harvesting tools, and the new account bound ones that we can put into the mystic forge with the old unlimited tool to make it account bound but with the same model.

Just talk to the weapon specialist, he will make your soulbound tool account bound.

As long as you have it in your inventory when you talk to him, not equipped.

I would love to see Tormented weapons like the ones from GW1. Not the sad imitations they are currently insulting us with in there black lion ticket scalper. I would also like to see these skins made available as gem purchases instead of RNG but i know that an appeal to decency like that wont fly with Arenanet as it stands now. And to think i used to speak so highly of this company.

I’d really like an Accessory-Styling-Kit for 150 Gems in case you don’t want your haircut to change but only your hair accessories’ colour.

To be honest, I’d like them to be dyeable just like your armor, cause it’s quite annoying if you want to try a new coloring scheme für your armor, but your hair decoration just wouldn’t match anymore.

- Where did all the town clothes go? I am an rper and LOVE the town clothes. When can we have more of them? Specifically more dresses, skirts, swim suits, a freaky clown outfit, and sylvari-esque clothes.
- I also want to know why it is there aren’t more armor sets available in game. I appreciate that anet needs to make money but there are a lot of services in the gem store. I am of the persuasion that new armors are one of many types of wards and it seems silly to me to play a game and then buy your rewards. I’d like to see more things in game that I work for. The thoughtless and selfless potions were a great example, imo.

I would like to see the nodes that can be used in home instances like the Gift of Quartz, Raw Candy Corn node, Sprocket Generator, and Krait Obelisk Shard. People who are just starting were unable to do these events that generated these items. And these items are required to craft certain items and get expensive to buy such items from the TP. I for one would rather buy these from the gem store so that I can collect them myself than to have to rely on buying them from the TP than spend more time in game farming for money when I can be doing other things.

Many of us still ask for a race change kit, but for some weird reason Anet won’t do it despite the demand for it (I’ve given up :-/). Heck, players have suggested if it’s ‘too hard’ for them to implement, players would be fine with their personal stories being reset in order to make it work. Sure there’d be items bound to your previous race and all that, but that’s why you’d sort that out before using the kit.

I don’t see why it can’t happen. There are so many players that have deleted precious characters they’ve worked really soft on (the opposite word was blocked >_<), and in turn, re-rolled entirely new characters just to make their character a different race. A race change item is needed. Sooner rather than later.

1. Henchmen contracts for use in the dungeons. Works in both modes. I gave up on story mode because I can’t find a team. And I don’t fit in with the speed run people for the rest of it.

2. The armor sets broken up into individual pieces. I can’t be the only one who passed up a set because I didn’t want to spend $10 on a set when I’m only interested in one piece. Its comes out to 134 gems per piece. Perhaps 150 gems per piece or 800 for the set.

3. Costumes and armor from Guild Wars 1.

4. Some back items that are far more subdued than the outlandish wings we have been seeing.

5. More city clothes but only after we stop shifting back to combat gear when I stub my toe.
