Could we please have temples fixed? It’s been like this for ages.
1. You sit around with a bunch of people waiting for an event to happen.
2. You pray and hope that no one feels like actually doing it, so it fails.
3. You kill the boss.
I don’t really get it. It doesn’t fit in any way into the game. Sure it makes sense logically – you’ve protected the temple, so there’s no way a big bad guy will take it over, but it also makes no sense in general. You get better rewards for essentially betraying your “allies” and failing an event. Additionally, wasn’t Guild Wars 2 meant to be this casual non-stressful game made in such a way that players won’t hate eachother? Well temples designed this way tell a different story.
We literally just didn’t get to kill Dwayna (I’ve waited for 20 minutes) because some people felt like killing the champion.
It’s not really their fault for playing the game, but I still don’t get why it’s like that in the first place.
