How do i change my characters tattoo color in game? like WoW has it on it’s barber shop so much easier i can’t figure it out here.

Not to create a new topic – is it possible to change the color of accessory in the hair without all those total and not total (don’t remember the name) makeover kits? Not the hair color, but just the accessory in it.

Nope, you need to use a hair kit or total makeover kit to change the hair accessory color.
