I wish Anet would simply do what they promised & ban the bot accounts. I’ve reported the same guy 3 days and it’s still running constantly. Today, in the same area (Frostgorge Sound… between Frostwalk Tundra and Despond Precipice on Dragonbrand server) there was an army of bots. Must have been 15 to 20 bots, just doing a loop killing grawl. It’s ridiculous that this is allowed.

First of all, thank you for your feedback, it’s appreciated. The bots issue is one of our top priorities. Our team is working very hard to find the best way to solve this.

But as we explained, we want to give you an update about that only when everything will be setup, not before.
