Nope. The plot of several things where he had no appearance at all still isn’t better than Guild Wars 2’s Pact plotline. Also, I disagree with “the” pivotal character and would say “a” pivotal character – the story doesn’t just revolve around him when he shows up on Claw Island.

Ah, Logan’s Run. Forgot all about that. I wonder if that was intentional on Anet’s part. I haven’t seen that movie in years.

On a more serious note I think everyone can agree that the party kick system needs some serious love.

Although I like the new dye system, I would agree (although others may not), that gathering plants/wood seems less fun without the anticipation of a “surprise” dye drop. Just had that “I remember when…” feeling yesterday and noticed it felt a little sad.
