I think a great plot twist would be to have Trahearne turn evil, blaming his turning on the fact that we kept stealing his thunder and taking credit for the stuff he did. lol

I’ve actually been thinking about that for quite some time. Perhaps, in reality Trahearne is an agent for Mordremoth. Mordremoth has been seeking to off Zhaitan for a long time. So he bent Trahearne to his will and sent him out to influence the 3 orders of Tyria into defeating Zhaitan. This is largely because Mordremoth represents life while Zhaitan represents unlife and thus both are polar opposites.

In time, when Jormag encroaches further south, Primordus might rise up and the forces of the two will face off against each other. Fire versus Ice (A song of ice and fire?)

Kralkatorrik and the Deep Sea Dragon may do the same as one represents stasis and lack of change as judged by the crystalisation of creatures into the Brand while the DSD represents the tides and constant change.
