I remember seeing the instructions on how to do this in another forum:
Get a white “unsoulboundable” weapon and then put the desired skin on that.
Put it in your bank and then transmute it to the new character’s weapon.
But when I go to transmute the skin to the white weapon of its kind it says that “Transmuting the item will make it soulbound”.
What I’m worried is that the white weapon will be soulbound and nontransferable.
Has Arenanet made some sort of change to transmutation since that last topic was made? : https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/gw2/Transfering-soulbound-skins
I just want to be completely sure that I’m not gonna waste an Exotic Staff.
