Rewards will be daily per acount or normal drop. 1st sever champ →guest to second sever the same champ then guest to third server killng the same champ and relog to home server killing the same champ.
Over and over again
An easier said than done solution is to, once they’ve solidified their rewards systems, magic find become account wide etc etc, it to then increase the loot drop chances based on time the champ/other mobs have been alive. They’re already doing this with the bonus exploration XP you can get on kills. They could even use the XP amount as a ratio for “free”, additional magic find when killing a champ or vet.
Remember they’ve got a lot of plans in the near future (by the end of the year) for improvements, and we still need to see how those will play out. I think a solution based on time in this way would give proper incentives to go out and spend time in comparatively dead areas.
Champion rewards will be different based on their level. However, like other loot rewards if you’re a high level player in a lower level area there is a chance you’ll receive rewards based on your actual level rather than the area you are in each time they drop.
I hope you guys also take into account that certain world events with a lot of champions need some limit on the champion loot so that we’re ensured progress in the event itself.
Concrete example;
1st phase of Claw of Jormag; one bunch always firing at the Corrupted Ice shield whilst a whole lot more stay behind at the cannons killing vets and champs. When the ice shield goes down, these guys hardly ever make it up to Claw of Jormag in time and hence this phase takes much longer than the usual 1-2 iterations.
Same also goes for the final phase of the fight – if the champions at this – and similar – world events doesn’t have their rewards restricted, you’ll have really long, drawn out world events and they’re already tedious.
