I’m hoping someone can answer a few weapon skin related questions for me since I can’t seem to find the info anywhere.

Ok I lucked out and got a fused weapon ticket. Now the only experience I’ve had with equipment skins is the HoM skins which are all vendored and you can return at any time to pick up a new skin if you replace a piece of equipment.

Is there a persistent vendor for all unlocked account bound skins elsewhere or do I have to juggle this fused weapon skin from weapon to weapon as I level up via transmutation stones?

If I lose the weapon by some dark stroke of luck, is the skin unrecoverable?

Since it’s account bound will my other chars have access to it somehow?

No there is none. You have to use transmutation stones.

While it will be soulbound to the character you use it on, you can use the transmute to white workaround to make it account bound.

Why? What happened?
I used it the other day because I wanted karma armour for my alt but was to lazy to run all the way to Iron Marches from Plains of Ashford

Hes saying, yes it works. But it shouldn’t. So i assume it will be fixed.

It has been that way since launch- I don’t think they mind that we do it, it has been posted on here enough in the last 7 months, even in the players helping players section.
It also uses double trans-stones

Still works, no idea why so many people seem to think that it shouldn’t, the only transmutation changes listed in the patch notes have been for legendaries. And the devs have never stated that it’s an exploit or that they intend to remove it, in fact they’ve even given the OK on it when it comes to transmuting faction gear.
