The forums are designed for follow-ups (after three days in the specific thread) and for general questions of an account nature. But we specifically do not encourage a “submit-and-immediately-post” culture.
If he still needs help after three days, you may feel free to post on his behalf in the Tickets for Review thread, which is at the top of this Account Support sub-forum. It is highly unlikely you will need to do so, as these issues are generally fully resolved in far less than 72 hours.

Almost all games with monthly fees have live support. this game is free to play. within that bussinessmodel live support is rare.
Besides that. Games with monthly fees live on addicted players. Gaming addiction is a serious hazard. Rest asure that supprt will help your friend, In the mean time advise him to watch a movie, or even better have walk outside

K, its been a day since we submitted a ticket on the hacked account issue, now i’ve just made a topic wondering if theres any plan for live support and it just got locked, even Tera which is f2p has a live support.What kind of answer" is just go watch a movie".Well i did yesterday, but the problem isnt solved yet, i know u got small support team for this player base,but i dont think that u get this kind of issues everyday.
I play since launch now im really dissapointed on my first issue.
I submitted my support ticket 4 days ago, still got no response yet.
