What the different between 2 offline
The difference is that with the one who appears offline with no information, does not have you in their friends list.
The one who is offline but still shows location and achievement is someone that does have you in their friends list.

This is false. As I can remove someone from my friends list, who does not show the information, and they will appear on my followers list (a list of people who have you on their friends list whom you do not). As for what does cause it, I am not entirely sure.
I’m fairly certain it happens after a person has been offline for a period of time. I noticed the same thing, that some offline friends look as if they have removed me from their list and upon checking by removing them I still find them in my followers list.
Everyone in my friends list currently who has their class, level and AP showing has logged on fairly recently. I don’t know exactly how long, but based on my current friends and guild lists I can say that it’s between 2.5 weeks and 4.5 months. I’m fairly certain it happens closer to the 2 month point however, maybe even one month.

This happens when someone is on the character select screen but hasn’t actually logged into the game. Noticed it with one of my friends a while ago and when I asked them about it they said they had loaded up the client to play but then got distracted and forgot it was open.
I’m not anti-social, I’m selectively social. There’s a difference.
