Yes, I got a Rawhide Vest for placing the four pieces of the pirate town clothing in the Mystic Forge. Just a fair warning for anyone else who would think of trying.

The RNC determines the outcome if I understand this correctly. That gives you a chance at ‘good’ and ‘bad’ returns. I’d not be happy with a rawhide vest however. :/
