When giving feedback...
I agree and I thought about that when I made this post https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/dungeons/Dungeon-owner-sometimes-required/first#post4394378
1)ANET is still making money, maybe even a lot of money. The devs are complacent, if they weren’t, I believe this game would be a lot better.
2)To me an expansion or an actual “expansion’s worth of content” would go a long ways. As far as playing another game, well, I tried, guild wars 2 ruined it, why? It’s that good but at the same time, I’m still bored. I can’t play this game as much as I used to because of lack of content but at the same time, I can’t play any other games because the game play here is so much better, lol, I’m not in a very good position here.
3)Yeah, I’m angry/frustrated and I had a lot more worse things to say but I actually held back because I know most likely my post would be deleted and not read. I still hope that what I had to say makes sense and reaches the devs.
You can report posts you think violate the terms of use on the forum by clicking the little crawling person icon (next to the quote arrow) at the bottom right of the post. Alternately, you can apply for a job with ANET to be a moderator, or you can let the mods do their own jobs.
I appreciate that your tone is respectful, unlike others with similar sentiments, but it really is tiresome to have persistent “forum police” who feel like it’s appropriate to dictate how they feel people should or should not post. I’m responding to you because I don’t feel like you’re being unnecessarily snide, and I respect that. I also respect what you’re trying to foster, I just feel like it’s the moderators’ job to do that. So I strongly encourage you to report offensive posts and move on. This helps the mods out without having to be condescending.

Because we can’t be angry about both?
Well, I don’t really like telling people what to post or anything. The idea behind why I write this is not to dictate but rather give people who would care to read this some insight into how they should provide feedback, because being rage-y/whine-y about could cause a response from the developers but would probably not deliver the changes the complainers have in mind, giving them more reasons to rage and thus the cycle continues.
but it really is tiresome to have persistent “forum police” who feel like it’s appropriate to dictate how they feel people should or should not post.
Some posts, and posters, are taken seriously and their thoughts examined and discussed, while other posts, and posters, are dismissed as a temper tantrum by a figurative toddler.
I suggest reading the OP’s suggestions not as a dictate on how you can post – you are, of course, allowed to throw a useless temper tantrum like so many others here – but as a set of guidelines on how to be taken seriously.
