I know it’s a phenomenally hard concept that it’s not the same time everywhere on the planet at the same time, and that the company is going to use the time /they’re in/. But I’m sure you can understand if you REALLY try.
It’s always fun being called stupid by an obvious mentally challenged parrot and corporate fan that loves to scavenge the internet for semantic arguments. Reflecting irl ftw.
Anet is a business and we are costumers. When half your costumers live in Europe while the other half live in America, the decent thing to do is say 15th US, 16th EU. All this is little more than a PR blunder, but frustrating no less.
They have given us a date. 15th April.
They still have about 10 hours left of 15th April.
Not eveyone lives in Murica. Realy its the first time anet has delayed with a patch this much.
A late release is uncommon and it´s more dangerous to patch at the end of their working hours.
Therefore I would say, they overstretched, either with the size of the patch or with chinese release or both.

He is absolutly right! there may even be some guys who took the day off or managed to have time today because of this. the latest updates was at around 9pm MEZ afaik and they have been 2 hours late so far, which isn’t a big deal in my eyes it woundn’t even a big deal for me if it goes live tomorrow, but a brief info is at least something we could expect!

I wouldn’t say he’s right:
- They don’t give a set time that the patches are going live.
- The date is obviously going to be in their timezone.
- The issue could be with loading the build. Remember, they’ve rearranged their server architecture, and issues do crop up.
That being said, info would be nice.
