Where do I get these weapons?
Maybe post the name or picture of what weapons your looking at?
Could be from black lion tickets, gem store, ascended or legendaries.

Go to your bank, open up the wardrobe page and preview the options for the weapon type you’re thinking of until you find something you like. After that you can check Guild Wars 2 wiki to find out where it came from.

Unless you play WvW exclusively that is irrelevant. Megaserver merges all servers together for PvE.
