With the release of Craftable precursors in HoT does anyone think there will be a decrease in gold farming?

No. Why? Right before they are released and right before they are starting to be finished crafted (there will be a glut) t6 mats will skyrocket, a few times from speculating and then further from actual initial demand. All of which will require gold farming……yay fun……
