anyone know where I can get the exotic aqua helm? I see it on databases but can’t find how to get one. I think they’re called water filters

does no one know? the rarest I’ve heard people mention the location of was just the masterwork one, but not exotic

never seen an lvl 80 exotic aqua helm not even on the TP. remember not all items from the database are currently in the game. most of them are but not all.
