With the patch of the 20th may 2014 the effects of eternity were changed!
with this change the footprint behaviour of all legendary greatswords on male sylvari were changed!

male sylvari only leave footprints on every second step when in combatmode with greatsword! when its on ur back it works fine! and all other legys do in combat or backmode

i suggest to finally change that back and give legy greatsword wielding male sylvari the same effects like every other class

i made many many ingame bug reports in the last 2,5 years because of this, even made a few tickets where i was told there are more important things than visual effects!

since the work on legendary continued now i gave it a new try and made a ticket
i was told, that this IS NOT a bug, but a design decision!

so i make this post to hopefully get an answer why every class is allowed to have the right amounts of footprints but male sylvari! even male humans who walk in the same way do have footprints on every step. male sylvari do too with all other legendarys but only legendary greatswords dont! little asura leave like 20 footprints a second and male sylvary only 1?…

Wow, that’s weird! Maybe they have too much effects working on them, with their own luminicscence added to the base effects and the legendary ones? I don’t know anything about this, I’m just making a theory from thin air.

@Ardid, no way thats bcause of the glowing… thats just not fair xD i payed so much gold for that effect and i only get half of it … it always annoys me when i run in wvw and evry asura leaves almost a clean line of eternity effects and my footprints look like i have only 1 leg … ^^
