sorry if i place this at the wrong location or this has been already discussed, havent seen it then.
when i was checking my bank i noticed a new mini pet, the mini mystical dragon, i was just wondering how to get it

The slots for new Minis almost always show up prior to release. It could appear at any time; either in the Gem Store or with the next content release.

Based on the look, it is likely that it will be added somewhere around Dragon Bash/Dragon Festival (June/July), since it looks rather asian-inspired.

Or it could simply be the look of one of the Elder Dragons ^^

I’ve been wondering aswell, where to obtain that dragon. But there is no mentioning about mystical dragon on wiki (only the name between minipets), nor pictures of any dragon minipet in GW2 and not even any mention on youtube. So i guess, it is either way price for very good pvp players on the top of the ladder, or its yet to come.
