I know there are some web sites that show you various armor sets on various races and colors.

But is there any place i can check for npc armor sets?

A list of armor/colors that npc are using such as lionguard armor set, nightmare court armor set, ash legion, flame legion, bandit armor sets ect?

Most of those aren’t NPC exclusive, they are on the wiki under their respective names. And NPCs like Lionguard or bandits wear normal armour sets, too.
There are exceptions, but they usually apply no named NPCs, like Countess Anise.

nono, i didnt mean if the npc were using a special npc armor sets that arent available to the players

i just wanted to know if theres a list with the types of armor certain npc groups were wearing?

like for example
Logan: uses full t3 human armor set
Shining blade: Banded armor set with a Draconic Coat, dyed a combination of Sand, Calfskin, Pottery, Swamp Grass and Country Teal, and carry a sword.
