1 from my guild member sugestion,and my so many friends:
we tiered of livingsotry,we hope new maps, new professions , new races
2 and my own sugestion ,player can upload weapon and armor mode like neverquest-next,and they can sell somebody they want to change .
3 my own sugestion ,many clases need diffrent button Settings?like:ele,f1-f4:e-r-t-g,789:zxc
engineer:789,—-rtg is better.

If I may make a suggestion myself? When you offer something like this to the community for review or feedback, it would behoove you to use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

It might be in your best interest to edit your post so it reads more . . . coherent.

You are tired of Living Story and want new maps?

You are aware that all of the new maps (4 permanent as of this time) have been added via the Living Story, right?

Not sure who this ‘we’ is, since most people I know love doing the Living Story, and myself too. I also personally think we have enough professions and races.

Also regarding “make classes need different button” – you can re-bind your keys in options to have them in any combination you wish.

The second suggestion is very, very unlikely to happen, as that kind of thing really does not sound easy at all to implement, it would also require very heavy moderation.

It wasn’t that hard to read, especially for someone who started the post explaining that they are a non-native English speaker.

1. There is no real reason why living story could not be used to deliver new professions and races, it’s already provided a few new maps.

2. While the idea of being able to upload custom weapon and armour models into the game is interesting, the downside is that every custom model uploaded would add to the size of the DAT file, and that the game will start to have players running around in low quality items. Sure, some custom models will look good, but I suspect that the majority would be inferior. I honestly can’t see this happening.

3. I agree that being able to optionally bind your controls on a per class (or even per character) basis, would be great. That way I can use the extra buttons on my mouse to do different things, depending on which character I’m playing, without having to redo the bindings each time I swap characters.

I’m tired of living story too, so i stopped doing it, because it’s cheap way to delay expansion and leech us through out the GEM store, so i’ve decided not to buy anything until new expansion release

1) It’s the opinion of some ppl. Other ppl like it. I had some great night with my guild in those. I’m a big fan of jumping puzzle so i had a blast with the last living story. They already gave us new maps and one of them became one of the most popular map in the game. New race and profession would be nice, but if you said that I hope you have all 8 profession at 80. I do and I still have a lot of thing to do and try with some of these profession. I will be happy when they add a new profession, but I don’t need that to enjoy the game.
2) Never gonna happen. Like Laz said, its an nice idea, but this will make a huge file to upload, you can’t just upload your custom armor, everybody need to download every armor or nobody will be able to see them. The only thing I could see is a contest where ppl can submit armor to anet and they choose the best to be implemented in the game.
3) Would be a nice feature.

I think a little critical thinking could pave the way for people giving a little bit of leeway for those who want to communicate outside of their comfort zone; like this dude, it took me no more time to decipher the meaning than it would of any 14 year old posting on youtube (although I have a 100% success rate on reading OP’s message, so there’s that to his favor).

I’m thrilled for living story. It’s like an expansion, for free, and if you consider that EverQuest has been pushing it’s expansions in one-quarter increments and expecting money up-front, a significantly better bang for your buck. I wouldn’t mind seeing things you’ve mentioned (new classes/races/weapons could really breathe some more life into the game, weapons in particular could be more exciting than anything else), certainly. Profession skill keybinding wouldn’t take much effort to implement, either. But leave LS alone, this is practically the only game giving out free content regularly without forcing you to pause every 4 minutes for “a word from our sponsors”.

I love the Living Story and I look forward to the new things it will bring to the game. Tired of seeing people complain about new FREE content.

If they would make the LS episodes longer than 15 mins to something like an hour or longer people would calm down over the expansion that may never happen.

Also bashing/making fun of people who don’t normally speak English just degrades yourself.

Secondly as per your 3rd suggestion I just wanted to say in case you were un-aware; you can change all of those keys in the last tab of the options window to any keys you’d want or feel they should have been on. the f1-4 are only there as defaults and can most certainly be changed as you see fit.

not really. English is not my native tongue either (admittedly, I am an academic, so I guess it would have required an effort on my part not to acquire some grasp of the language). We are not talking about minor grammar or vocabulary “hiccups”, but truly a butchering of the language. That can be easily avoided with really little time invested and using available free tools. It is just a sloppy post – he did not even manage everquest next, a trademark which he obviously is familiar with.

He took the time to think about his suggestions and to type it out legible or not. All I’m saying is he should show respect not attack him. We don’t know personally anyone here and we don’t have the right to act with degrading behavior.

Let’s remember that all of this is simply a form of communication. If you understood what he wanted then it’s good enough.

1: I do enjoy the living story format. Some episodes were a bit brief for those of us whom play too much

2: A counter offer would be a monthly skin contest. Where user’s submit art or renders of things they’d like added to the game. Then we player’s get to vote on them. The winning one get’s put in game or on the TP a couple weeks later. If on the TP it’s for a reasonably low price, devs.

3: Some key binding presets would be nice. I do it with 3rd party software but, an in game option would be great. Like one preset for each profession.
