You can still redeem your tickets at the black lion weapon specialist as far as i know. Just click though the tabs and you should find the jade ones.

its not there anymore, just checked.

Just have your jade tickets in your inventory and go to the BL weapons rep and you’ll have the option to choose limited time tokens and that’ll let you claim the jade tickets you have

This works. I just don’t see why jade weapons were left out of the whole “get every weapon with black lion claim tickets” thing. Every existing weapon set that previously had tickets is at the vendor except this one. I don’t even understand.
