I don’t get it…what was wrong with it? Why did you have to remove it? I managed to glide over there before getting teleported and I see that all NPCs are gone. So you totally deleted that place, but it doesn’t make any sense.

The tutorial zone is an instanced zone completely seperate from HotM. The thing you see in HotM is basically just a cardboard cutout.

That NPC that teleports you there is also gone.
