is there a way i can refund my ticket i accidentally purchased a wrong skin w/c is a warhorn, i was previewing a mistforged dagger and when i click buy i forgot to unselect warhorn resulting to a wrong purchase.

You can try to send a ticket, but I don’t think they will refund it, (it gives you a pop-up asking, are you sure you wan to buy: ‘xxxx’)

Might not be feasible, considering that buying the item unlocks two skins for you.

I think they’ve refunded gem purchases before – if you submit it quick. they certainly wont refund TP purchases. But this reward is kinda a unique reward. wouldn’t hurt to ask, but as Olba said, it might not be feasible.

If you send a ticket within 24 hours and have not unlocked the skin, they may help you. You will need to know when it happened.

I tried to exchange AP reward skin and they weren’t able to help only because I left it too long.
