OK i have a big problem. Not that big, but just annoying. I got the recipe for a legendary weapon, those are account bount so i can’t buy another one. That said, if the recipe is ACC my weaponsmith should have acess to it.

So, should i level another weaponsmith to use?
It is a malfunction, since i would just buy another recipe and use it anyway, but i can’t?
Or is a something Devs overlooked? ACC bound recipes that only the character who used it can craft it.

There is no reason to level up another weapon smith. Just have your weapon smith make the item and then give it to any character you want on your account.

What are you saying? My best guess is you used a recipe that was labeled account bound on a character without the proper profession. The recipes are account bound so you can move them to the proper character. Just like ascended and legendary gear. It does NOT indicate that using the recipe will unlock it across all characters, it IS still just a normal recipe.

That’s not true, at least it hasn’t been for me in the past when I’ve unlocked a recipe for one crafting profession on a completely different character than the one that will use it, the recipe has shown up in the character that has the crafting profession that would use it…maybe this is just something that happens with Ascended recipes?

Or just maybe my situation is the real bug and the recipes are supposed to be unlocked by the profession that uses them.
