the items we have right now will be useble by the Reavent,
it may sound stupid but thats a difrante version, if i make a reavent could i lvl him up with 80 Tomes of Knowlage and put on him the equipment i have on my guardian(armor and accessory i mean)

As long as the equipment isn’t soulbound you should be able to transfer it through the bank without trouble. I really doubt that they will give people special permissions to transfer gear to a new char just cause of the expansion.

also most probably stuff you have on guardy is soul binded to the guardy

no its Ascended and Legendaries, account bound
