Do you have to pay the fee to change the guild hall every time you swap? or is it just an initial fee for both.

I would prefer Dev response or someone that has actually done this themselves. I’ve found posts that say you pay every time but the wiki Guild Hall talk states that it’s just an initial fee. Since I’m not sure if they have tried it out themselves I would like an answer that is backed by experience.

How it’s worded is confusing it seems.
You pay 100g initial fee to claim a new guild hall. This is the expeditionary fee, regardless of whether you already have one or not. So yes, 100g every time to swap.

People have confirmed this, including the devs (when the claiming mechanics were first introduced).

Indeed as is indicated above. The part that is free is that you can retry the claim event as many times as needed (untill you complete it and capture the hall) for free.

If you want to swap to an other hall (or capture 1 for the first time) then you have to pay the 100 gold fee (again)
