Where exactly is this upgrade ?
Reading the devblog, it states that it should be an upgrade through the tavern, and we just unlocked the music one, which apparently is only for ambient music for the guild hall.

I can’t seem to find the anthem upgrade anywhere, not even from the tavern guy – the guild music one is what I thought was the closest one.

Has this not been implemented yet ?
Find it rather odd since there’s a guild rank permissions for guild anthems as well :/

I remember seeing maguuma music upgrade somewhere, I am not sure.

Yes, where is the maguuma music upgrade?

And yes the anthem, we need it before we kill the raid bosses to enjoy it.
