Just like the topic says. How do we acquire the new runes and sigils? I completed my elite spec (scrapper) but did not get the recipe to craft the runes. Is there a list somewhere of the new runes and sigils?

Does anyone know yet? Also, is there a list of all the new Runes, Sigils, and stats somewhere?

you get the New Rune’s and Sigil’s from the HoT Vendor’s you need the Language Mastery’s for them
