Raids have nothing to do with skill.
They are purely memorization and familiarity of content in order to counter repeated mechanics. Sure there will be some randomization, I hope, but overall it will be cookie cutter builds in cookie cutter teams with cookie cutter gear rinsing and repeating.

Still – this cookie cutter thing is something most average players can’t really pull off and I’d say many won’t be able to in the future.
Also – there is some skill involved – if some mechanics require really good reflexes – no matter how much you cookie cutter – if you can’t react fast enough you lose.

Dungeons aren’t dead.
They are still needed for legendary weapons and all sorts of other prestige weapons. There are still dungeon master and dungeoner tracks to complete. They still give out silver rewards. People will still do them.
I think it’s important that people complain about stuff that is actually broken. B/c there is some of that in HoT
