Ok guys, you know when click on the the Profession Page on the site, we see there’s a Norn Mesmer and Worrior, a Human Guardian and Elementalist, a Sylvari Thief and Ranger, an Asura Necromancer and a Charr Engineer.

So what is your guess for a Revenant?

Charr, since Rytlock started the profession.

Charr also started the Engineer profession.

Charr as well would be my guess, based on the fact that Rytlock is the “first known” Revenant and that he is a Charr.

Coincidentally Charr is also one of the ones that doesn’t have two classes on the screen already. Making the other likely option Asura… Somehow I don’t really feel that combo.

the mesmer is a norn? …huh. never noticed those tattoos.

i’m betting human, because of that concept art on the HoT page. it fits well with that hole between the engi and warrior.

unrelated to the main topic, but the mists weren’t created by the human gods. the human gods hold no power over it. they have their own realms and stuff, but the mists aren’t tied to the gods.

Rytlok might be the first Revenant, but might not be the face of the profession.

methinks that the tattoo is either artist deliberation, or part of the armor design.

you’ll be hard pressed to find a norn dude nearly that thin.

It better be Charr. >.<

i’m also thinking the dude we see on the HoT page will be the ‘mascot’ for revenants. you don’t see Eir as the ranger or Zojja as the elementalist mascot do you? so I doubt they’ll put Rytlock as the mascot, despite his ‘being the first.’
