Isles of Janthir
There is some White Mantle religious propaganda about the place- they said that they were islands to the south, whose inhabitants possessed the gift of True Sight, the ability to see people for what they really are. Saul, the cult’s founder, supposedly acquired there the Eye of Janthir, an artifact that they said possessed a degree of this True Sight, which they used to identify Chosen to be sacrificed. Obviously, the part about their location was wrong, but I’ll leave it to you to choose how much of the rest you believe.
The Isle of Janthir is the part of the map I’d most like to visit. If we never go there I would really like to see us go to places never explored in either game. Would be nice to have the world of Tyria explored more fully. Would also be nice for GW2 to get areas and regions exclusive to itself rather than just revisiting reskinned maps from GW1.

That’s exactly what Orr and Southsun were.
As well as Fields of Ruin, half of Blazeridge and Frostgorge, and 3/4 of Fireheart. But that’s all semantics. :P
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.
There is alot of the world Arenanet has yet to explore. I think it has great potential for content. For example the Ilses of Janthir are something that has sparked my interest, it seems that arenanet are staying small and doing content localy on the world that we have at hands
A race of immortal giants related to the gods, with the power of true sight.
I’m just guessing though.
