Just played through A Meeting of Ministers again, paying close attention to who does what in the fight with Estelle.

She’s definitely a guardian… or perhaps ‘smiting monk’ is a more accurate description, although as previously noted she uses guardian sword attacks. Her effects are cyclones of blue fire – the purple mesmer vortex is something Jennah calls up in order to sweep up Estelle’s fires.

He’s a thief. He uses shadowstep and pistol whip in the fight with him.

The memser skills you see are because he’s always flanked by a mesmer in every encounter with him.
