I’ve seen many comments, posts that there are not informations what is going on, why are we working for Shining Blade, who is the Eye of Janthir, why does Kerida want to kill Lazarus, how are Human reacting to Balthazar’s return?

You can find all the answers in 2 instances, not unnecesarly search the whole wiki while you can find many answers in only two instances: at the palace (1st part of chapter 1) and at Shining Blade HQ (after completing ‘Shining Blade Secrets’ chapter you can search some secret boxes, search the whole office and desk. You can find tons of information about Shining Blade, Queen Salma, Livia, Anise. You can talk to the other members of SB about Kerida for example, about their ancient blade.
At the 1st instance you can talk to Valette and she will tell you something about the Eye of Janthir. You can also talk to a guy who is asking the question we were asking before ep. 6 and the Commander tries to answer them.

So you did have explanations in the last episode and you just had to play in sneaky thief.

Curiousity is great and my last advice is just walk around the instances and search for additional dialogues.

Your accusations at Anet that they didn’t put anything what could explain what’s going on are stupid and should not exist because in the last episode they worked really hard to not only put amazing story of gw2 but also they put many explanations to the players who did not play GW1.
